Terms & Refund Policy
Last updated: August 18, 2026
These terms apply to services provided by Nelford Consulting ("we", "I") to you ("client"). By engaging our services or purchasing the software audit, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide AI strategy and advisory, hands-on implementation, training, and the Small Business Software Audit, along with contract DevOps, cloud, security, and FinOps work. The specific scope of each engagement is agreed in writing or by email before work begins.
The $999 Software Audit
- The audit is a flat fee of $999.
- Payment is due before the audit begins, via the payment link or invoice we provide.
- Deliverables are an expense review, a functional audit of your needs, and a build vs. buy plan, as described on our site.
Support guarantee and refunds
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the audit, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work to make it right, up to and including a full refund at our reasonable discretion. Contract and implementation work is billed as agreed in each engagement and is refundable only as stated in that agreement.
Contract and implementation work
Ongoing DevOps, cloud, security, FinOps, and implementation work is scoped and billed separately, either at a fixed project price or an hourly or retainer rate agreed in advance.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to the accounts, tools, and information reasonably needed to perform the work, and to keep your own backups of critical systems and data.
Limitation of liability
Services are provided on a best-effort professional basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
